Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 to Australia.

All products order before 3pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day, any orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.

All orders are fully tracked and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.  

Postage can take between 1 - 5 business days, depending on your location.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for that parcel eing lost or damaged in transit.

Returns:

Please note that as these are an ingestible medical product we do not accept returns.
